3716987 - Outstanding costs on cost center after maintenance order settlement

• A maintenance order assigned to both a cost center and a WBS element is settled to a G/L account as defined in the configuration.
• However, after executing the settlement, remaining costs continue to appear on the cost center and are not cleared by the system.

S/4 Hana Public Cloud

1. Perform the settlement for the maintenance order.
2. Subsequently verify the statistical postings on the cost center through the Cost Center – Actuals App.

Settlement always reads the actual costs and revenues; statistical account assignments are not taken into account when reading the data to be settled.

Verify that the cost center assignment is statistical by reviewing it in the Cost Centers – Actuals report by adding "Cost Center is statistical".
