3717056 - Cannot create a space in SAP Datasphere

Error when attempting to create a space in SAP Datasphere : <space_name> already exist.

SAP Datasphere

The space <space_name> exists in the Recycle Bin.

In order to resolve the issue follow the steps below:

1. Under Space Management go to Recycle Bin.
2. Select the space <space_name>.
3. Either restore it or deleted it and create a brand new one.
