There's the requirement to enable the process of 'Advanced Intercompany Sales' (5D2) for item categories other than TAN and CBXN.

Cause
The scope item 'Advanced Intercompany Sales' (5D2) only supports the following combinations of sales order type + item category.

Since CE2602, 'Advanced Intercompany Sales' (5D2) can also be enabled for sales kits-related item categories. The bellow combinations of order type + higher level item category + item category are:

Resolution
To enabled the necessary item categories for this process, raise a support case for the component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV and indicate the combinations that should be enabled. More details can be found in the section 4.8.1 Enable Advanced Intercompany Sales Process of the Setting Up Advanced Intercompany Sales (5D2).
Currently, scope item 5D2 only supports the Order Type + Item Category combinations listed above. In the case raised for setting up the configuration, do not add any other combinations that are not supported.
If additional Order Type/ Item Category combinations are necessary in 5D2 process, this is considered as a new business requirement. Contact the responsible CSM according to the instructions on the KBA 2963059 - How to Submit Feature Requests for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Product and submit the request to SAP by creating a Feature Request.
