3717191 - Approval link in email opens in view mode instead of edit mode for approvers

• Approval link from email opens in view mode for approvers instead of edit mode.
• Approvers are unable to access the Approvals page directly from the link.
• Approvers need to reopen the quote separately to approve or reject it.

SAP CPQ

• The user does not have the "Edit" action enabled for the "Other Quotes" tab for the "Awaiting Internal Approval" status transition.
• The system defaults to "View" mode due to the absence of "Edit" permissions for the approver in this context.

1. Under Setup, go to Workflow under Workflow/Approvals.
2. Ensure that the "Edit" action is enabled for the "Awaiting Internal Approval" status transition under the "Other Quotes" tab.
3. Test the workflow to confirm that the approval link opens in edit mode for approvers.
