The Interview Results portlet does not display all interviewers or shows only partial (completed) ratings.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a job application.
2. Navigate to Activity > Interview Results.
3. Observe that some interviewers or incomplete ratings are missing from the portlet.

The interview date has not yet passed.

Note: The system checks only the interview date, not the interview time.

For example, if the interview date is February 6, on February 6, the system considers the interview date as not yet passed. Starting February 7, the interview date is considered as passed.

a. When the interview date has passed

The Interview Results Portlet will display all interviewers, including those who have not completed their ratings.

For interviewers who have not submitted any rating, the system will display the message: "The interviewer has not yet provided a rating for this applicant."

b. When the interview date has not yet passed

The Interview Results Portlet will display only completed ratings.

• If only the overall rating (Recommend / Not Recommend) is provided and competency ratings are not, the system will display: "The interviewer has not yet provided a rating for this applicant.
• If both competency ratings and overall rating are not provided, the interviewer will not appear.
