3717314 - Number type Data Field is scrollable in POD Plugins and can be a negative number

Symptom

If a 'Number' type Data Field is set up and assigned to a NC Data Type then a Nonconformance Code, the 'Nonconformance Data Entry' POD plugin will let the operator scroll the field using the mouse wheel, which can also result in negative numbers.
