3717427 - Error: "3PL Site Not Allowed for the Process"

While performing Change of Stock, system shows error:
“3PL site not allowed for the process.”

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to internal logistics work center.
2. Select Change of Stock under Common task.
3. Enter the Site ABC (ABC represents 3PL Site ID).
4. System throws the error "3PL site not allowed for the process".

Change of stock transactions are not supported for 3PL Site (Externally Managed Warehouse).

This is standard system behavior.
