Symptom
- An error occurs when accessing the Hyperscalers environment, displaying the message: "The webpage at https://<TENANTID>.app.commissions.cloud.sap/iamsvc/saml/login/receive might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR."
- An internal server error occurs when attempting to log in to Incentive Management Portal. (Note the Ref Number Could be different on each logging attempts)
