Symptom
- jdbc constructor failed to connect to the database.
- Java truststore validation failure occurs in the SAP IDM runtime when connecting to SQL Server with `encrypt=true` and `trustServerCertificate=false`.
- The SQL Server JDBC driver requires a valid TLS certificate, a trusted CA in the JVM truststore, and a matching hostname.
- The Java runtime inside SAP IDM does not trust the SQL Server certificate chain.
