3718029 - Offboarding 2.0 email restriction to personal email

• It is not possible to trigger offboarding notifications and letters to employees' personal email addresses in Offboarding 2.0.
• The system requires the recipient email address to be a company email address.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Enable Offboarding 2.0 in the quality instance.
2. Attempt to configure email notifications to be sent to employees' personal email addresses upon initiation of offboarding.
3. Observe that there is no option to set the recipient email address to a personal email address.

Expected behavior / System limitation: the current logic of Offboarding 2.0 does not support sending notifications to personal email addresses.

Behavior is by design. In Offboarding 2.0, notifications cannot be sent to personal (non-company) email addresses. Notification recipients must have a company email address configured in the system.
