During employee master data and organizational assignment replication from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to the on-premise SAP system, the following error message is raised:

You don't have the authorization to change table ECPAO_QRY_ADM

This error manifests differently depending on the integration scenario in use:

Scenario 1 – ECS4HCM (with Staging Area)

• No replication requests are appearing in the staging area viewer (transaction ECPAO_EE_VIEWER / ECPAO_RPRQ_EE_VIEWER) after running the replication program.
• SLG1 logs for the affected employee show message ECPAO_IN_QUERY002.

Scenario 2 – PA_SE_IN (without Staging Area)

• The replication message appears stuck in "In Process" status in SRTUTIL / SRT_MONI without progressing.
• When checking SLG1 with Object: ECPAO_IN and Sub-Object: GEN, message ECPAO_IN_QUERY002 is found in the orchestration logs.
