3718142 - Handling Extensibility Data During Test Data Refresh (TDR)

After a Test Data Refresh (TDR), test-specific extensibility content such as custom business object records or custom field values may be missing or replaced in the Test tenant.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

TDR overwrites business data in the Test system with Production data. Extensibility definitions remain, but extensibility data/content created only in Test can be overwritten.

Before TDR:

1. Open Fiori app: "Handle Your Extensions" (in test system).
2. Choose Export.
3. Select required extensibility objects(e.g. Custom logic, form templates, UI adaptations, custom business object data, custom field values etc.)
4. Download the export file.

After TDR:

1. Open Fiori app: "Handle Your Extensions" (in test system).
2. Choose Import.
3. Upload previously exported file.
4. Activate imported content.
