The error message "ME004 Purchasing organization & not responsible for plant & " appears when creating purchase order.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Missing Configuration.

For 3-System Landscape users, the assignment between the purchase organization and the plant should be created in CBC workspace. So please try below steps:

1. Go to the CBC workspace.
2. Click Organization Structure app.
3. Click edit.
4. Search Plant.
5. Click create assignment to assign to the purchase organization.
6. Click Confirm button.
7. Deploy the changes to the S/4 target system.
