SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

• IAS/IPS provisioning for users created directly in Learning Management System (not synced from Employee Central) will be impacted after NEO IPS deprecation. 
• Real-time synchronization between LMS and IAS will stop for Learning-only users if migration is not completed.
• NEO IPS deprecation may not impact Learning-only users created directly or users sync from Employee Central to Learning Management System until 2028, as they can continue to sync from EC/BizX to LMS via the connector. 

Customers with Learning-only users who authenticate using IAS and are still on a NEO Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) environment must migrate to the SCI (Converged Cloud) IPS environment by July 9, 2026, to continue using real-time user synchronization. The migration should be completed regardless of real-time sync usage, as NEO IPS environments will be sunset on December 31, 2028.
