Is it possible to prevent Agencies from forwarding existing Candidate Profiles to Job Requisitions?

For example, a Candidate created a Profile through the External Career Site. Later, an Agency submitted the same Candidate Profile, which resulted in the Agency becoming the owner of the account.

At the moment, the Recruiting module does not provide a setting to prevent Agencies from submitting existing Candidate Profiles.

An agency will not be able to submit an existing Candidate Profile only if the account is owned by another agency or by the candidate itself.

Given that this behavior is the planned design, we recommend you bring up your specific scenario and business requirements on the Influence Portal. This will allow our Product Management team to thoroughly analyze your case.
