Symptom

There is a stuck queue in "Warehouse Monitor" app.

Error Message: M7021 - Deficit of Stock w. vendor unr. &1: &2 &3  &4 &5

  • &1 - Missing Quantity
  • &2 - Material
  • &3 - Plant
  • &4 - Batch
  • &5 - Supplier

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Existing Stock of the subcontracting component in the inbound delivery is less than Required Stock. 

Resolution

  1. Use "Subcontracting Cockpit" app to supply the necessary stock to the subcontractor.
  2. Reprocess the stuck queue in "Warehouse Monitor" app.
