3718374 - Missing "Hiring Manager" Role in To Recipient Builder section of Email Services - Onboarding

The role "Hiring Manager" is not available in the "To Recipient Builder" section of onboarding functionality within email services.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

1. Navigate to Email Services.
2. Go to Active Templates and locate your template.
3. In Step 3, open "To Recipient Builder" and select a role such as "Onboarding Activity Role-Based Recipient Builder".
4. You will notice that the "Hiring Manager" role is not available.

Only some Recipient Builders options support Onboarding Roles.

The Recipient Builder options listed below accept the Hiring Manager role (as well as other Onboarding Roles):

• Onboarding Process Task Role-Based Recipient Builder
• Onboarding Activity Role-Based Recipient Builder
• Onboarding Role-Based Recipient Builder
