3718451 - Field ID's CUP/CIG for Italian Business Partners are not editable in the Maintain Business Partner app

Symptom

  • Fields CUP/CIG  are not editable in the Maintain Business Partner app.
  • No error messages are displayed when attempting to edit these fields.

Environment

S/4 HANA Public Cloud Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Maintain Business Partner app.
  2. Select the Business Partner (Italian).
  3. Choose role Supplier (FIN).
  4. Attempt to edit the cup / cig fields; the fields are not editable.

Cause

  • The fields cannot added in the Manage Business Partner APP.
  • The fields inserted via Maintain Business Partner APP.

Resolution

  1. Open the APP Maintain Business Partner.
  2. Select Business Partner & edit.
  3. Select Supplier (FIN).
  4. Insert CUP /CIG & save.
