3718696 - Error Is Raised When Releasing DCD In Manage Documented Credit Decisions

When releasing a DCD Case in app Manage Documented Credit Decisions with a specific CB User, error is raised: "Object could not be locked"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Log into the system with the affected CB User.
2. Go to app Manage Documented Credit Decisions.
3. Select the relevant DCD Case to be released.
4. Click on Release.
5. Error is shown.

The affected CB User is assigned to Business Role: ABC to which pertains Credit Management.

After an upgrade, changes exists for Business Role: ABC. It has access to app: Manage Documented Credit Decisions, but it does not have access to app: Manage Credit Accounts (Business Catalog: SAP_FIN_BC_CR_CRED_ACC_PC).

Ideally this changes should be reviewed and accepted, as of the documentation in section See Also from this document.

(ABC represents the Business Role assigned to the CB User affected)

Add Business Catalog: SAP_FIN_BC_CR_CRED_ACC_PC to Business Role: ABC. With that, it will have access to app Manage Credit Accounts and will be able to release DCDs in app Manage Documented Credit Decisions without further errors
