• When an MS Teams meeting link is created directly from Outlook, the meeting owner can prepare polls in advance.
• This is possible through: MS Teams Calendar → Chat with Participants → Apps → Polls, which allows the facilitator to draft polls before the session and publish them during the live meeting as needed.
• When the meeting link is generated through the GetAHEAD Learning system, the primary facilitator (meeting owner) does not get the option to draft polls beforehand.
• The "Chat with Participants" feature is missing, which prevents poll creation prior to the meeting start.
