• When an MS Teams meeting link is created directly from Outlook, the meeting owner can prepare polls in advance.
• This is possible through: MS Teams Calendar → Chat with Participants → Apps → Polls, which allows the facilitator to draft polls before the session and publish them during the live meeting as needed.
• When the meeting link is generated through the GetAHEAD Learning system, the primary facilitator (meeting owner) does not get the option to draft polls beforehand.
• The "Chat with Participants" feature is missing, which prevents poll creation prior to the meeting start.

1. Create an MS Teams meeting link directly from Outlook.
2. Navigate to MS Teams Calendar → Chat with Participants → Apps → Polls.
3. Verify that the facilitator can draft polls before the session and publish them during the live meeting as needed.
4. Create an MS Teams meeting link through the GetAHEAD Learning system.
5. Observe that the "Chat with Participants" feature is missing, preventing poll creation prior to the meeting start.
