Symptom

  • The offer approval print preview appears correct; however, upon clicking the print button again, the print file is cropped.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a candidate in a job requisition.
  2. Move the candidate to the offer status.
  3. Initiate the offer approval process.
  4. Select an offer template.
  5. Print the offer details.

Cause

Resolution

The issue will be resolved in 1H 2026 release.
