On the new candidate experience, candidates are receiving errors that mandatory background element fields are incomplete when applying to a job, despite the fields being complete. For Example:

START field is required.
VFLD1 field is required.
VFLD3 field is required.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to the career site
2. Apply to a Job Requisition
3. Complete all required background element fields
4. On the final step, after clicking “Apply”, an error message will be returned and no application is sent
