3719681 - Fiori Launchpad falls back to Home Screen when Opening a WUI type of Tile (Ex: Customer Engagement)

Symptom

  • When clicking a tile in the SAP Fiori Launchpad (FLP) intended to launch the Customer Engagement (CE) or CRM UI interface, the following behavior occurs:

    • A new window or loading indicator flashes briefly for a fraction of a second.

    • The system immediately returns (falls back) to the Fiori Launchpad home screen.

    • The application fails to load, but no explicit error message is displayed in the UI.

    • The issue persists even if the underlying transaction (e.g., WUI) works correctly when executed directly in SAP GUI for Windows.
