Users experience a delay of 30 minutes or more before appearing in the search bar after their creation.

For Employee Central name fields, the current search behavior does not support real-time updates.

An update will be implemented by our engineering team to support real-time updates. The update is planned to be delivered as part of the 1H 2026 release.
