Symptom

Following error is received when testing outbound connection from S/4HANA Private Cloud system to BDC via t-code DHADM on the S/4HANA system:

"Cannot create files in data lake (connection BDC_RFC_S4); no "create" privilege. "

The steps listed in Register the Outbound Connection in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition are being followed.
