3719794 - Cannot set Last Run Date earlier than 12 months for Download Connectors

Symptom

When attempting to perform a "Full" data extraction by resetting the Last Run Date of a download connector via the REST API, the request fails. If you attempt to set a date older than one year from the current date, the system returns an error message:

Error:
Cannot set a last run date which is earlier than 12 months, Please provide a valid date
