3719879 - Documents orginating from SAP Ariba Sourcing does not work when SAP Ariba Sourcing and SAP Business Network are hosted in different data centers.

Symptom

When SAP Ariba Sourcing is hosted in UAE data center and SAP Business Network is in EU data center, SAP Ariba Sourcing related transactions will not reach transaction tracker due to different data centers.
