3720032 - creating recipients for delta sharing on SAP Databricks

Symptom

When attempting to  create a recipient in a workspace on SAP Databricks in order to share data from SAP Databricks to SAP Business Data Cloud, below error is received:

CREATE RECIPIENT IF NOT EXISTS `<recipient_name>` USING ID '<sharing_identifier>' COMMENT "<commen>";

[RequestId=xxxx ErrorClass=INVALID_PARAMETER_VALUE] DS_INVALID_FIELD: Recipient creation is not enabled for this workspace.
