Kudos enablement setting is not retained after activation.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the system.
- Navigate to Administration Console.
- Go to Feature Enablement.
- Select Kudos.
- Click the toggle to enable the Kudos feature.
- Refresh the page
- The Kudos feature appears disabled again, indicating that the enablement setting was not saved.
Cause
The kudo enabled flag is not set to the switch component
Resolution
This issue will be addressed through a patch fix. The planned release date for the fix is 19 March 2026.
