3720145 - Saved filter not defaulting in Quote List Page

Symptom

Previously saved filter in Quote List Page are not being defaulted sometimes after going back to Quote List Page from any other page.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Save a filter on the quote list page
  2. Navigate into a quote
  3. Return to the quote list page
  4. Observe that the saved filter does not remain selected.

Cause

Bug.

Resolution

  • Recreate the filter when the issue occurs as a temporary workaround
  • A code correction has been created to address the issue and it is planned to be deployed on CPQ-2605, planned for May.
