3720176 - Incorrect planned cost calculation for staffed hours in the Plan Customer Projects app

Symptom

  • Within the Plan Customer Projects app, the planned cost calculation does not reflect the actual staffed hours for a role. Instead, it uses the planned hours.
  • The issue occurs when a resource request is staffed with more hours than the planned amount (via external staffing) and the surplus hours are not accounted for in the cost calculation.
