SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3720323 - Search for lastName in lowercase, in groups, not working.

Symptom

  • Navigate to Home->Groups->The group to be modified should be selected->Press on "add"->Search for LastName in lowercase->no result is found.
  • If the LastName is searched for in uppercase, the user can be found.
  • But on the other hand, the FirstName seems not to be case-sensitive.
