3720375 - 360 Evaluation notification triggered when 360 forms are routed directly from Modify to Completed stage using Route Form Tool

When 360 forms are routed directly from Modify Stage to the Completed step using the Route Form tool, the system triggers the 360 Evaluation Notification

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

1. Navigate to the Route Form tool.
2. Select a 360 form which is in Modify Stage and route it directly to the Completed step.
3. Observe that both the 360 Evaluation Notification and the Document Completion Notification is triggered.

Expected Behavior

1. If the 360 form is in the Modify stage and is routed directly to the Completed stage using the Route Form tool, the system triggers both:

   • 360 Evaluation Notification

   •  Document Completion notification
     Also please note when moving the 360 Form from Modify Stage to Completion stage, the 360 forms by design to pass through the Evaluation stage and the participants also receive the 360 Form in their Completed Folder. Unlike normal Performance form routes, the 360 Form will pass through the evaluation stage even if the form is routed via the Route Form Tool.

2. If the 360 form is already in the Evaluation stage and is routed to Completed using the Route Form tool, the system triggers only:

   • Document Completion notification
     (since the form is already in the Evaluation stage)
