3720392 - Incorrect Date display in DocuSignDateSigned key for Custom Documents - Onboarding

DocuSignDateSigned key on the custom documents displayed an incorrect date. For example, signing date is 2/10/2026, but the document displays 2/40/2026 (DocuSignDateSigned).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. The candidate completes the e-signature step.
2. Click "click to sign" to sign the document.
3. The signing date is 2/10/2026, but the document displays 2/40/2026 (DocuSignDateSigned)

The default date format in the Instance locale is inconsistent with the format that is manually maintained on the Document template object. For example, for Chinese (Traditional) locale, the default date format is "yyyy 年 M 月 d 日". However, in the user's instance, the date format for the impacted templates is "MM/DD/YYYY". 

1. Navigate to Manage Data -> Document Template -> Find the affected template -> Make Correction
2. Remove the date format and click on Save
