3720454 - Send Reminder in Team View includes additional team members beyond those displayed

When choosing the "Send Reminder" link from the Learning homepage or from the Team View under the 'More Manager Actions' section, the notification list enlarges to include additional team members beyond those currently shown in the Team View page for the manager. For example;

• In Team View, the manager sees only 2 direct reports listed. However, selecting the 'More Manager Action' option and choosing "Send Reminder", the notification list expands to include 10 team members.
• Additionally, in the Learning home page for managers, a warning message is displayed stating that 10 team members have overdue training. Send a Reminder.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to the SuccessFactors system.
2. Navigate to Learning.
3. Click the "Send Reminder" link from the Learning home page OR, from Team View under the 'More Manager Actions' section.

The Team Members listed under the `Send Reminder` action may include both direct and indirect reports, who have overdue trainings.

The "Send Reminder" feature accessible from the Learning home page or from Team View under the 'More Manager Actions' section are specifically designed to allow managers to send training reminder to all team members, including both direct and indirect reports, who have training overdue.

• To verify overdue courses for a user, search the user and check the Learning sections or Assigned items list. 
• To verify for Direct and Indirect Reports, Navigate to Learning Administration-> People -> Users, select the 'Manager' filter, and add the user ID. Then, select both Direct and Indirect Reports-> Search. This will provide a list of the manager's Direct and Indirect Reports.

Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN -> reportingLevelsToDisplay=

• If set to 0, the manager will see all direct and indirect subordinates.
• If set to 1, the manager will see their direct reports only.
• If set to 2, the manager will see their direct reports and direct reports reporting into their direct reports and so on.
