3720467 - Clarification on display limits for Quick Actions and Quick Links when enable Latest Home Page Experience - SuccessFactors HCM Core 2511

Symptom

There are more than 16 Quick Actions and Quick Links displayed on the Latest Home Page after enabling the latest Home Page experience setting.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Select the Enable the latest Home Page experience setting in Company System and Logo Settings. 
  2. Enable more than 16 Quick Actions and Quick Link in Manage Home Page tool
  3. Go back to Latest Home Page and it will display more than 16 quick action and quick links in Latest Home Page as below:

Cause

This is a Known Issue as confirmed with engineer team.

Resolution

This is a Known Issue and our Engineering has finalized the fix, which will be implemented in the 2605 Release.

For b2605, there will be a maximum of 15 quick actions displayed on the home page - the top 14 enabled quick actions and the standard quick action for Reminders (Favorites quick action is being deprecated in b2605), and a maximum of 15 quick links displayed on the home page which will be the top 15 enabled quick links.
