3720702 - Incorrect Price / Currency display in Purchasing Info Records between "Purch. Organization Data 1 view and the Conditions view

Symptom

In the "Manage Purchasing Info Records" app or in "Purchasing Info Record - Advance" app, inconsistencies are observed between the pricing information displayed in the "Purch. Organization Data 1" view and the "Conditions" view.

  • The price shown in the Purchasing Data 1 view does not match the price maintained in the Conditions tab.

  • The currency displayed in Purchasing Data 1 differs from the currency defined in the valid condition record.

  • In some cases, the system displays Net Pricing values derived from expired condition records instead of the currently active (valid) condition.

As a result, the pricing and currency information in the Purchasing Data 1 view may appear incorrect or outdated compared to the maintained condition data.
