3720702 - Incorrect Price / Currency display in Purchasing Info Records between "Purch. Organization Data 1 view and the Conditions view

In the "Manage Purchasing Info Records" app or in "Purchasing Info Record - Advance" app, inconsistencies are observed between the pricing information displayed in the "Purch. Organization Data 1" view and the "Conditions" view.

• The price shown in the Purchasing Data 1 view does not match the price maintained in the Conditions tab.

• The currency displayed in Purchasing Data 1 differs from the currency defined in the valid condition record.

• In some cases, the system displays Net Pricing values derived from expired condition records instead of the currently active (valid) condition.

As a result, the pricing and currency information in the Purchasing Data 1 view may appear incorrect or outdated compared to the maintained condition data.

SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the "Manage Purchasing Info Records" app.
2. Observe the price or currency displayed in "Purch Organization Data 1" view and validate with "Conditions" view, if its not right considering valid condition. 

The issue is caused by an inconsistency in the referenced purchasing info record.

1. Log in with a user that has the BPC_EXPERT role.
2. Open the Fiori app "Schedule Price Update for the Purchasing Document" (RM06INP0) -  SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library 
3. Select the job template "Determine and Update the Price of Purchasing Info Record."
4. Enter the relevant selection criteria as required.
5. Execute the job to resolve the issue.
