The button to sync to Cloud ALM is greyed out for our BPMN processes in the Collaboration Hub Preview.
Resolution
If the button is greyed out, it means, that you setup the sync to happen automatically in the Collaboration Hub settings (Collaboration Hub - Settings - Synchronization mode in the section "SAP Cloud ALM Synchronization)
This means, that the sychronisation to SAP Cloud ALM is happening automatically after the process was approved within the Process Governance system. You can find more information in our user documentation.
