3720955 - OK TAX - When PUN info updated, does not ask if should re-report or invalidate/update report.

Symptom

in Oklahoma Tax Report, when the PUN (Property User Number) information is updated and saved in the system, no prompt is displayed asking whether the report should be re-reported or invalidated. So that, it results in the system allows changes to a tax rate that is not acceptable to the report.
