3721018 - Recurring report started again from running state

Symptom

  • The report's run timestamps were postponed, and its success was extended.
  • The SIA and Tomcat went into a stopped state for a few minutes and then started again due to maintenance activity.
  • Not able to see any failed instances even when the SIA and tomcat was stopped.
  • When we schedule a report, it goes to the running state. After that, when we stop and restart the SIA, the report goes to the pending state.
