The approver of the sales document workflow receives emails and notifications for reject, rework, approved, and approval request actions. How can the approver be prevented from receiving emails and notifications for reject, rework, and approved actions?

One possible reason for this issue is that the time constraints for sales document approved, rejected, and request rework are set in the "Deadlines" tab of the workflow, and the recipients for these time constraints are set to "Processors of Task".

Note: Deadline notifications will be triggered to the approvers if the role is selected as "Processors of Task" in the deadline section of the workflow definition.

A new workflow under the "Deadline" tab without time constraints for sales document approval, rejection, and rework requests should be created, and the main workflow should be deactivated.
