Symptom

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SAP for Me.
  2. Navigate to the Earlywatch Alert workspace.
  3. Attempt to locate the system and product in the workspace filters.
  4. Observe that the system and product are not available, indicating the Earlywatch alert service is not enabled for SAP Cloud for Customer.

Cause

  • The Earlywatch alert service is not provided for SAP Customer Experience (C4C) solutions.
