3721576 - Activate reason field defaulting to optional after update in legal regulation configuration

• An update was made to legal regulation configuration regarding audit trail, which inadvertently changed the Activate Reason field (CSACT) from 2 (Release reason and comments mandatory) to 4 (Release reasons and comments optional).
• The Release Reason field (/SAPSLL/T606GN - CSSCH) was changed from SPLUS to SPLRELBLK without any intentional modification.
• The Release reason activate field or determination field was not visible in path: SPRO->IMG->SAP Global Trade Services, edition for SAP HANA->Compliance Management->Sanctioned Party List Screenings->Control Settings for Sanctioned Party List Screening
