3721616 - "Include In Output" does not include PDF Attachment in Sales Quote Output

• The "Include in Output" function is not working for a PDF attachment in a Sales Quote.
• The attachment is not included in the generated output even though the "Include in Output" checkbox was checked and applied in the output settings.
• The expected behavior is that by checking "Include in Output", one merged document will be created.
