3721709 - Unable to send Germany Electronic invoices via eMail in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance

Symptom

  • Sending Germany Electronic invoices via email fails in DRC for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  • Issue occurs when sending invoices to public institutes (where e-invoicing via email is mandatory).
  • Business Partner has an email address maintained.
    However, the “Customer” button is greyed out in the Business Partner master data.
