Terminated employees with multiple employments are not converting to Alumni on the expected date.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Implement the Alumni Experience in the environment.
2. Terminate an employee with multiple employments.
3. Observe that the employee does not convert to Alumni on the expected date

The system evaluates only the primary assignment for alumni conversion upon termination. Secondary assignments remaining active prevent the alumni conversion process.

1. Ensure that the primary assignment of the terminated employee meets the termination criteria for alumni conversion.
2. Ensure that an offboarding process was created for a user.
3. Verify that the username is unique and does not conflict with existing usernames in the system.
