3721893 - Reconciling Failed message after a Successful message is logged in Integration Monitoring application in Cloud ALM

Symptom

  • In the Integration and Exception Monitoring application in Cloud ALM, Message fails for the first time and gets successful during subsequent automatic retries. However, each retry creates a new Message ID and an alert is generated for those failed retries.
  • How to skip the reprocessed error messages. Need Cloud ALM to display only error messages that are not processed yet.
