Symptom

Generative AI Locales enabled in Manage Languages and in Manage Recruiting Languages do not appear in Career Site Builder > Site Configuration > Site Locales

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable an AI Locale in Manage Languages and then in Manage Recruiting Languages
  2. Go to Career Site Builder
  3. Select Site Configuration
  4. Select Site Locales
  5. Note the AI Locale does not appear

Cause

Generative AI locales is currently not supported in Career Site Builder

Resolution

Enhancements for Career Site Builder are currently under review.

There is no planned implementation timeline of AI Locales for Recruiting Marketing however review this is under review.
