3721952 - Opportunity Title is Showing Inside Every Opportunity Document

When you access any Opportunity object, there is a header with label Opportunity.

After the 2602 upgrade in c4c, the “Opportunity” header appearing on the Opportunity screen is part of a standard system enhancement.
This change was introduced by SAP to harmonize the user interface across all business objects. The object name is now automatically displayed in the header area to improve clarity and consistency.

It helps users quickly identify which document they are viewing, especially when working with multiple tabs. The header is generated by the system framework and is not controlled by page layout or adaptation settings.

This behavior is visible in all tenants, including Internal Systems and Production, confirming it is release-related. It is not caused by any custom development or configuration change. 

SAP designed this update to align with usability and accessibility standards. Currently, there is no configuration option to remove or hide this header. Therefore, the behavior is standard and works as intended after the 2602 release.
