3721967 - How to Identify the User Who Triggered Nudge Notifications in Onboarding - Onboarding

Symptom

Need to identify the user who initiated the notifications by clicking the "Nudge" action within the New Hire Details page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  1. Copy Activity ID of (ONB) Nudge assignment Trigger seen from Email Services> Email Status
  2. Navigate to Manage Data > EmailMessage
  3. Paste the copied Activity ID
  4. At the very bottom of the page, see the user who updated the notification
